Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a very good work culture. Mostly everyone will be a very friendly going person. I am working since 9 years. In my product and team, managers are good, team is good and balance is good.
Cons
Recently they started 5 days per week work from office in our org. Within Oracle many orgs have only 3-4 days per week work from office. That is something they can change. Hikes will not be that great and can't expect more than 10-15% easily. RSUs will also be limited.
