      Here are the cons: Long-winded projects Company is all but sales focused Consulting seems to be an unwanted child within Oracle Working on-site means consultants won't be able to make the most of perks available to office-based employees Inflexible company-wide policies that make life difficult for traveling consultants

      -Benefits - Access to technologies and training

      Cons

      -No pay increases (been here for 3 years and not a single cost of living adjustment). -Must work extra hours so that group that you work for within the company meets their quarterly revenue forecasts (no extra pay for this by the way). -Scheduled training can be cancelled if revenue projections are falling short for the quarter.
