      Pros

      Great benefits Great working culture Lots of amazing professionals from which you can learn.

      Cons

      Romanian managers: the vast majority of the romanian middle management will make sure your work is not visible. From the start of the pandemic, the middle management is not working. People do their jobs without any help from the middle management tier, or even in spite of them. -Salary doesn't grow, make sure you ask for more than they offer as that will be your salary for years to come.

      If you like a fast paced environment, with majority of team members, leadership and cross functional teams striving to do better than average, this is the place to be. Lots of great people to learn from, many projects to work on, a startup environment where innovation and your suggestions are considered.

      Cons

      It's so fast paced, it's hard to remember to manage your priorities and workload in a way to not burn out. Most manager/leaders understand and encourage the balance, but, they leave it to you to do the balancing and push back when your capacity is limited.
