Pros
- You can learn as much as you like - Good hours - Interesting and diverse work
Cons
- As you get better at your job your pay does not grow to recognize this. - New employees that know less that existing employees are paid much better - Little chance for career advancement - No incentive to move into new positions. You can move to a new section but have to move at the same level and pay - It is normal for staff to go 3-5 years without pay rises.
