Flexibility of timing and work-from-home options help provide a good work-life balance Team members are very co-operative, and since most of them have stayed with the company for very long, you will get a lot to learn from them about the product. No micro management from managers Company values and HR policies are good Stay here and work if you have a family to tend to!

Not a place for freshers and ambitious people, mostly work on support development as new projects are always handled by the US folks No Travel No compensation hikes and bonus No career growth
