Pros

Flexible working time good environment.

Cons

Lot of open politics, once can see easily lot of language, reginal, family politics, Most of the directors have settled there family here. They made this company has there home, Even the official WhatsApp group msg's are in the regnal languages, team outing is going for there language move, imagine what level of politics is going on. Oracle conduct training to avoid this but it's openly happening. Not sure what oracle is doing. Also there is no technical work here, you will lose all your technical knowledge and skill here. Even if you know the things or have knowledge about specific technology you will be not given that work but if there family members are not aware of that they will be given that work.
