      Large Company, Good Pay, Good Benefits.

      Cons

      When it comes to finance they wont hesitate to lay off. Some divisions have an old 1950s style management and mangers where they run the division to the ground and wont adopt change.

      While working at Oracle, they had really great benefits.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, while I worked with a great team, the organization didn’t value the work / life balance enough to hire enough help in our US shift to allow for changes and flexibility.
