Pros
Some projects are interesting The work life balance is good HR and social are great, they do their best to make it a great place to work.
Cons
No organic grow. If a position that would be a grow for an employee is open, they will hire someone instead of growing the employee. You get hired for something that you probably will not end up doing. Some management doesn't have the experience.
