Excellent place to work, incredible job security and vacation time. Wonderful benefits package and overall great environment.

Cons

No promotions, no proactivity, impossible to move up only within your pay bracket.

Many beneficial perks, campus is nice, tuition reimbursement, good benefits.

No incentives, long waits between raises, very micromanaged environment, does not care about quality of life, nor are they flexible in scheduling.
