Pros

It all depends on which team you are in. Oracle is a collection of departments, sometimes each one having slightly different rules. Overall, good working environment, trainings, etc.

Cons

In Support they don`t expect anyone to last more than 2 years, this is the average. Customers can make you become a sociopath and company will always strive to make them happy, no matter what. No future perspective. I forgot everything I knew and one before that. No real benefits, salary is also fix and it does not raise over the years.
