Pros

A lot of benefits, A nice manager and great colleagues to work with and from whom you can learn a lot. Well above average but it depends very much on the department.

Cons

No yearly salary review, even you are rated above the average at your individual performance. I think it is very important to negotiate very well when you first come to Oracle.

Flexible schedule. Family oriented. Great people to work with. Management is easy to work with and the opportunities to learn are great

None that I can see. So far I have been very pleased with my experience here. Great environment and free drinks
