Depends on your project{ People will/will not be awesome work life balance will / will not be awesome Dont expect hike } Best for work like balance Long stability (layoffs can happen even if company is in lifetime high profits due to political and new tech hype reasons)

Cons

Dont expect much hike as well as tech tack can be old and less learning on project as things are highly stable. It will be very difficult to switch due to use of oracle internal tools in most projects
