Pointless Performance Reviews... no raises, no bonuses, no RSUs or Options, unless of course you work in Seattle on OCI and were hired in from either AWS or MSFT Azure when they *have* to pay competitive pkgs to entice people to work there! The rumors of the salary and options pkgs those employess have are staggering! - FAANG competitive

It is a stable reliable company to work for. Benefits are great It has the components of reinventing and becoming a top cloud company.

Cons

Bureaucracy and standard policies can get in the way Management often gets in the way of innovation Pay is not often increased to keep pace with market, penalizing those who are there a long time. Hiring good people to work with is hard as often we are not using the exciting new technologies or even anything that has been relevant in industry in the last 5-10yrs.
