- no good mass transit options to the San Mateo office location. Most people drive, some bike.
- sometimes you must work really early or really late hours due to meetings with international teams. But you can shift your work time around to accommodate.
- not a lot of on campus amenities. Not a lot of catered food. You bring your own food usually, and take care of personal business at home. It's not google. But you're not pressured to "live at work"
