      This is OFSS i am writing about , formerly i-Flex , the WORST possible company to work for.

      Pros

      No pros , Technical - You'll be less than zero , if you work here , for a developer the coding will include adding a semicolon at the end of a line or changing the value of a property in a file. Politics - You can't work here with peace of mind , you'll have to oil one or the other to survive. Salary - Worst in the market , the only relief is if you get a onsite , but that too will depend on how much could you excel in oiling your superiors.

      Pros

      Colleagues (for the most part) are a tight-knit group with common goals of making customers happy. Flexibility in work schedules to a certain extent.

      Cons

      Horrible management with self-promoting agendas and do not pay attention to employees who request assistance. They bend the rules for their favorites and ignore the rest, even though they are breaking the rules set by Oracle. Management makes up stories to make themselves look good, while hurting those who have been loyal and productive and beneficial to the company at large.
