Pros

I very like the chain of my management: my manager, director, VP. That's might be only my particular case though as Oracle is a huge international company. In my case remote work is allowed, which is a great benefit for me.

Cons

The worst problem is career building: promotions and salary raises are very hard to get. Another thing is bureaucracy within the company, but taken into account the scale of the company and lawsuits, it is understandable. Getting a decent hardware to work on is very difficult.
