Pros

Stable, safe, predictable and good benefits. Good work/life balance with option to work from home as needed (depends on your team/manager). Lots of career paths to take.

Cons

As with most giant companies sertain things move slowly. I often felt the progress of my team was held back by slow and bureaucratic processes. Oracle has a many awesome products, but of course a lot of bad ones which you may be forced to use even when there are much better technical alternatives.
