      Pros

      - Good colleagues - Good benefits - Good atmosphere - Healthcare - Work life balance is good

      Cons

      - Intranet is a mess, can't find anything on it - Latest selling Oracle technology is not available for dev teams naturally, cumbersome approval process for it - Yearly goals are not really set and tracked, advancement process is shady at best - Salaries never increase unless you rank up / change position which is not discussed how to do so - Dev team is spread out around the entire globe from west US to India, makes cooperation very ineffective
