Pros
Talking about the Oracle NetSuite Barcelona office, depending on the team, but in general, the colleagues are great people to work with and you feel great at work. You have different interesting perks like fruit, drinks, snacks and lunches depending on the event, health/life insurance, ticket restaurant etc.
Cons
They promise you annual salary reviews, but these don't actually happen, so you better negotiate a good salary from the beginning because you'll be stuck with it. If any raises happen, they are pretty embarrassing.
