Pros
No pros you get nothing from them. It's basically as good as working for Walmart. There's 0 perks other then paycheck at Oracle.
Cons
They continue to make goals harder to achieve and refuse to make pay any better. Except for our CEO who received 13x her last years salary. It's a waste of time to work here they do not appreciate hard work, in fact working harder just means they wont promote you and will try and keep you in the same position if they can. Not to mention if they do promote you from inside the company they tend to try and pay you almost nothing for a lateral move.
