Work life balance, flexible working location, interesting work

Cons

There are no regular pay reviews, not even for inflation. Pay review process is called the 'Diving Save' (soccer reference) where they only try to adjust pay for some people that decide to leave but then refuse to move by more than 10%. It must cost Oracle a fortune as the re-hire costs much more than the pay rise would be. Senior management out of touch with life on the ground
