I am trusted and empowered to make decisions. The development group is always striving to improve. Good and easy collaboration with members of UX team. Management is very accessible.

Cons

Vision and long-term strategy are not regularly and reliably communicated to development staff. Large offshore development staff with insufficient mechanisms for communicating best practices and ensuring high quality and UX across the board. No real training offered for development staff.
