You can take up any task lying around From a sales perspective there is great teamwork and support From a consulting point of view the company has a lot of respect in the market and a lot is expected. The company places a lot of importance on employee training and provides opportunities for internal transfers.
Cons
Hikes may be 5-10% once in 2-3 yeas if you are very good. Bonus will be generally ~20% of the amount you are eligible Immense pressure to deliver Very little support in delivery. Oracle places more importance in selling its products & services Every hire & promotion request goes all the way to HQ for approval making it very difficult to keep/retain talent
