Pros

COVID pay, good insurance at a low rate, allowing us to keep our workflows intact after acquisition

Cons

No transparency/lying/or just uninformed staff who were passing along information about benefits before acquisition. Still having widespread issues with timecards & correct pay months after acquisition.
