Using age old oracle technologies and products which are completly outdated. No exposure to opensource tools and products. No hike, No Bonus even for good performers

Cons

No raises or bonuses... even when you're the top performer in your group. Their policy is... if you're sticking around, they must be paying you enough. Company is weak on training.
