Perks and benefits. Nice salary, though it highly depends on position and mgr.
Cons
Terrible work-life balance, to put it nicely. Some mgrs are just toxic, as the culture can be unproductively competitive; perhaps because everyone is either Director or VP ... or both haha. HR and facilities are a complete joke. If I were Larry, I would fully outsourced these areas. You'll hardly ever see salary gowth; if you dont get/negotiate a high one from the beginning, your best option is to seek elsewhere and comeback a couple of years later, though why would you?
