Great place get your hands on the latest and greatest tech.

Cons

Management is constantly changing their minds. One day they'll say something the next day they'll slap you're hand for doing the thing but they changed the process again that day and didn't tell anyone. You have to earn your raises have to go above and beyond your job title to get a raise or promotion. Pay is below average compared to local companies and less work.
