Pros
There really wasn't any other than working remote and the health insurance
Cons
Terrible Management. Terrible expectations. No actual documentation or support. On call shift that was basically working for 14 hours a day for a week straight every other month. They lay off 15k+ people for the hiring of 1 26 million dollar CFO. Terrible clients that want everything and have no patience when you have a constant 30+ tickets in your queue and each ticket takes a day to complete.
