1. Lots of onsite opportunities 2. Good work culture and work life balance 3. Lots of fun/sports activities

1. Salary/Pay is very less 2. No challenging work to do 3. Work is not assign as per employee's skill sets 4. Lots of processes need to follow for every small thing. 80% of your time and efforts goes in following processes and 20% goes in killing time
