Federal holidays and good insurance.

Cons

For consulting … Take all the time off you want, but you don’t get a bonus if you don’t hit your billable hours. Extra hours do not result in bigger bonus. The only path to promotion after a certain level is by “Making a sale”; hard to do in consulting.
