Pros

The people you work with are friendly and once you get the hang of the job, it's not awful. It's generally a very relaxed environment so it's very easy to get into a daily rhythm. You get a number of holidays that many companies don't have off. You can get certified in Oracle products for free and they have tuition reimbursement.

Cons

1. The pay is low for the work expected. 2. You don't have much ability to implement change to the products or practices. 3. There isn't much room to move within the company. 4. Raises are few and far between. New employees straight out of college will come in making more than engineers with years of experience. 5. The turnover is high.
