Pros

Oracle provides a multitude of channels in which you can become acquainted with the technology industry. Benefits are great and workload isn't crazy.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Management is very bad about spreading around the wealth. It's difficult to work for a company who refuses to give cost of living raises, but regularly gives out $100+ million to the top 3 executives.

Pros

I learned a lot of interested things. It is a strong company and I got a real professional experience. I was lucky and our team was very nice with interpersonal relationships. Managers was very ok and people oriented.

Cons

The professional development plan was not very clear.
