Pros

Nice place to work, Maintain's standards. Oracle has everything but we need to find out by searching, for beginners it will be harder.

Cons

1. No hikes, need to wait for long time for very small percent 2. Timing and leaves are depends on manager. 3. Person who work for 100 percent and who doesn't work treated same. 4. No promotions. 5 Customer get hard time for the response, No proper expertise for maintain, frequent upgrades tends to main issues for end user.
