This review is intended to people who want to join the Support team. First note is that the management of the team lacks both experience in handling people and handling tasks. Most members of the management team of Support does not have the required skill to be called a leaders. Second, the management lack coaching skills both on technical and career growth coaching. For members for consulting team, it is very different from support teams. Consulting teams do have hands on management and provides great coaching on technical and career growth.

If you are not getting any other offers and this job will be a pay increase from your last, that would be the only reason to accept a position here.

Cons

No raises, no bonuses, no incentive, no product training for the job that you will be doing. The idea is that if you take on more responsibility you might get a pay increase, but it is not guaranteed, so you are basically being used for your talents and skills and not compensated fairly for it.
