Health benefits were pretty good Able to work from home Opportunities for training available

Cons

No salary increases Too many layers of management Resources that left the company were not replaced Just a big uncaring company as far as employees are concerned...all that matters is the stock price

A great pool of talent and Great benefits. Most employees work very hard and collaboration is valued.

Cons

Senior management's Machiavellian approach at trimming fat has meant losing a large pool of talented people to other companies. Middle management has almost no power to address any issues that are clearly seen from below senior management, yet that senior management is blind to.
