Pros

Nice colleagues, long indiction time

Cons

Being the cheapest cloud provider, it naturally attracts the cheapest customer who probably didn’t have much salary to spare on their engineers and you have to train and explain everything to them, they implement all kind of nasty solution (that you will have to troubleshoot) Aleo, indians everywhere: customers, colleagues, “experts” devops oracle engineers, and they are chaos. Oracle has this cutomer oriented approach that will mean that he is the absolute boss and you, the enployee the absolute sclave.
