* Provides good and enough time for training about the product upon hiring * High pay for fresh graduates * Very friendly environment * Many opportunities within the company * Has retirement plan * Provides HMO * Has employee assistance programs * Provides free certifications, webinars, courses, and trainings

Cons

* No bonuses - 13th month pay is not a bonus in the Philippines. It is mandated by Philippine law. * Base pay increase is very minimal despite of being a performer for years * No annual increase * Support Team has little-no perks compared to other teams
