Pros

Good employment benefits. The pay and benefits are attractive.

Cons

Very top-down approach. Sometimes it's very easy to feel disconnected. An exuberant amount of meetings that don't seem valuable. Some have up to 30 hours a week in meetings on top of their actual job roles.

Cons

- the only con i can think of is about netsuite's technology being proprietary.
