PTO, unlimited medical time off

Cons

Company only cares about ASA and low answers times without actually resolving customer issue. Teams in other regions kick issues to other teams instead of actually resolving customer issues.

Good for graduates, people new in czech republic or just anybody who wants something slightly better than AT&T. Good chances of finding a stable group of people to get shitfaced with after work.

Cons

Progress or at least salary raise opportunities very low. Zero bonuses. If you're looking for a job where your ideas, suggestions and individual contribution going to be valued, look elsewhere.
