Pros

Name recognition is about it.

Cons

They will do everything in their power to screw you out of your commissions. i.e. they will move your opportunities that are close to closing into an open territory, have you keep working it, then pay you pennies on the dollar in what you're entitled to because of technicalities. There are class action lawsuits they have lost in the past due to non-payment of commissions. They see screwing over their employees as a prudent business practice. God forbid one of the richest men on the planet actually pays people for their contribution.
