Cons

- The levels of approval for simple purchases or tasks are ridiculous. --- A request for less than $5 had to go to a SrVP! - No consideration for the customer! - No sense of urgency - Not reasonable in requests for data - Productivity tools are weak

Pros

Great company to work for and a great brand that I am proud to represent. Good salary and great coworkers. Everyone is pretty happy. Tons of training opportunities, they really invest in their employees. You are encouraged to move up and get promoted, although they have a tendency to give you a hard time about getting raise. Very happy over all though.

Cons

Hard to navigate within the company due to the many levels of management and long corporate approval process. Hard to get a raise, although moving up is highly encouraged.

Name brand company that can look good on a resume. Gym on site is a plus If you have good timing and territory you can do well

Cons

Lots of micro-management - have to play games to meet metrics Poor company culture - every knows they are just there to hit the year mark then move on Fighting between teams - reps fight over ownership of accounts, cant get deals done because of infighting between teams
