Great coworkers, good work-life balance

Cons

Incompetent leadership. Constantly getting pulled in different, conflicting directions. They initiated an entire overhaul of the design system, arguably making it worse. Total vanity project so they can put their names on it and then bounce to a new company and destroy it's design, too. Totally out of touch with what Oracle does and what the customers prefer. Honestly feel like I may have set my career back by working here.
