Pay and benefits are good, generally nice people.

Cons

The new approach to design, while it ticks all the boxes designers want to hear, the execution is a dumpster fire. It's design by committee, too restrictive to the point where you feel really defeated. You won't be doing your best work here, you will be doing what your told by people who don't know your domain even though your tests show your proposed design is superior
