Pros
They have a very generous benefits package for full time ODC employees. There's also a very large budget for professional development (conferences, classes, etc)
Cons
It's easy to get comfortable. Moving between teams isn't very possible. Be confident otherwise senior management will walk all over you. Promotions and raises are not coupled.
