+ fun work environment. + You get to work from the comfort of your home! + It’s easier to focus with fewer meetings to attend and no coworkers stopping by your desk to chat. You may get more work done in less time.
Cons
+ bad management, no training to improve yourself + Lesser work: You wouldn't be expected (or required) to carry out tasks beyond the scope of your job. This could be looked at as an opportunity to work towards other goals in your free time. Oh, and relatively more leaves as well.
