      Great employees. Best PTO rules: up to 35 days if you stick with it long enough. Good systems and processes, however see cons...

      Cons

      Human resources absolutely unappreciated unless they are cheap. Quality of work and experience does not count. Its all about doing in cheap, cheaper and cheapest. Systems replace people wherever possible; the remaining jobs go into cheap labor countries. Lots of politics.
