Pros

Orange uses cutting edge technologies for its network, cloud, and security services. It is an excellent place for technical people to learn these technologies and expand their career prospects. In addition, Orange being an employee friendly company provides a good balance between work and personal life.

Cons

Lot of horizontal career growth prospects are available. However, vertical growth (and classy business titles) is slow and for a selected few only.
