Pros

- Knowledge Sharing portals and between teams are excellent. - Excellent Salary Package for some individuals - Good training and workshops on different products given to sales teams - The best mobile allowance is given only in this company. Higher than all the other organisations

Cons

- Benefits of this company don't suit a global service provider. The employee deduction for benefits is really high and double the deduction compared to any other companies. 401K is not generous enough - Travel compensation is really tight. They are very stingy, skimpy and tight when it comes to food and travel allowances. Most of the other companies are very generous when it comes to travel allowances but this one is the worst even compared to small organisations. - So much politics and corruption in this company. VP's abuse the company's expenses for their personal interest - Base kissers would always get ahead, promoted and recognised - Respectful individuals either males or females will never have a good place at Orange Americas - Global Sales Events and Sales Kickoff meetings are made to shortlist people who will be selected to be terminated and not for employees to communicate and enjoy themselves - Orange is not interested in individuals who are decent, respectful, highly-skilled but rather someone who is malicious , hypocrite and act like a gentleman. - Honest individuals will suffer much in this company while hypocrite will enjoy it the most. - I thought that the opportunity that I've got with Orange was a golden opportunity but rather it was glitter and delusion. It looked very good when I accepted the offer, Job, Title, Company and Compensation. Great on the outside but the worst from the inside. - I learnt a big lesson from Orange, not everything shines is gold but it could be might be a delusion. Therefore don't be upset when you lose an opportunity because it may not be the best for you - Stay away from Orange Americas especially the presales team. Orange Europe could be much better but not the Americas

Good, not the best in town

Pros

• Work/Life balance policy works most of the time • flexibly working hours • healthcare exists (tho, it’s limited to certain places)

Cons

• Prosophobia, 72% of my time went down on 4+ year old projects with fear of migration to newer/modern framework version; stuck into old technologies for long time • No catching up w cutting edge or modern technologies; tech talks/summits/sessions/hackthons happen rarely now, so attending external resources, events, webinars and online courses at your own cost may help you catch up w modern tech • Best Practice were neglected most of my time, specially in the urgent tasks, which may lead to serious consequences on the long term scaling and a nightmare to new comers
