      Pros

      There are always opportunities to learn on the job. Orange Labs encourage using newest technologies. You will be working on new technologies all the time. Company encourages and in many occasions pays for employees development. Amazing team spirit, the overall atmosphere is great. You don't really need to work overtime or after hours (which is common in other companies in Egypt)

      Cons

      - Salary is low compared to the rest of the market - Work space is currently crammed, but expansion plans underway (very likely by 4th quarter of 2015) - Too much side discussions and distractions may render some days not so productive (crammed space is probably the reason, but that is on its way to be solved in few months)

      Pros

      Pays well, big name to join but don't expect much, will be thrown alone to figure out on your own

      Cons

      Lots of politics! Management within themselves are creating their own inner circles. Not a pleasant environment to work with. Lots of process, 7-8 different passwords for 7-8 portal logins. learning curve is steep, no proper guidance
