      good work life balance quarterly parties and events less work good pay cab for all shifts focus on trainings

      Lack of quality work Major clients are all voice and networking based, rest LOS have minimal to no work. Very process oriented, more focus is on following process than quality of work. Growth not by merit but how the relationship is with management,

      funky office, social staff, agile and open environment, very creative, decent pay, plenty of opportunities

      Cons

      disorganised, chaotic, no training, thrown in the deep end with no training and then supervisors went for holiday and when they returned, was blamed for others mistakes and terminated without explanation
